Terms of Service

Welcome to Shop Your Stash. By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which also serve as the End User License Agreement ("EULA") and are referred to here as the "Terms." Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Shop Your Stash, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Shop Your Stash is a fabric stash management application that allows quilters to catalog their fabric collections, find coordinating colors, track wishlists, and compare fabrics while shopping. We provide both mobile and web access to our service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload to Shop Your Stash ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Shop Your Stash name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and graphics are our property. The service's design, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Shop Your Stash available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

Shop Your Stash offers a free tier as well as optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional capacity and features:

• Studio — up to 550 fabrics, billed at $20 per year.
• Unlimited — unlimited fabrics, billed at $35 per year.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the price and subscription length shown to you at the time of purchase govern your subscription. Both Studio and Unlimited are auto-renewable subscriptions with a length of one year.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same length and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription, view the renewal date, or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Payments made through our website are processed by our third-party payment provider and follow the same renewal and cancellation terms, managed through your account settings or that provider.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period, and access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by the platform through which you purchased (for App Store purchases, Apple's standard refund process applies). We may change subscription prices or features; we will give reasonable notice, and any price change applies only to renewals after the change takes effect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shop Your Stash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Your Stash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
